Fleet Elections
  • Annual Election - The annual election of Fleet Officers shall be held by November 30th. Results of the election shall be filed by the Fleet Secretary with the National Secretary and National Treasurer not later than December 20.
  • Minimum Number of Officers - Each Fleet shall have as a minimum a Fleet Captain, Assistant Fleet Captain, and a Fleet Secretary/Treasurer.

Renewal of Fleet Charters
  • Fleet Treasurer shall file with the National Treasurer a corrected fleet roster of members showing name, address, phone number, hull number, yacht name, and berthing information along with a check for the National Dues by December 30.
  • Fleet Captain shall file an annual fleet report with the Commodore of the Association each year two weeks prior to the annual meeting. The Fleet Report shall consist of: Names, addresses and phone numbers of Fleet Officers. Summary of meetings, newsletter content, racing, cruising and social programs and general interest items such as championship or special awards, sailing conditions, pictures and articles.

Dues
  • National Dues shall be payable each year on December 1 and become delinquent on January 1. National dues for new members joining after March 30 shall be prorated by quarter. The national dues will be as follows:
    • Join before March 31 - $25
    • Join April 1 to June 30 - $19
    • Join July 1 to September 30 - $13
    • Join October 1 to December 31 - $ 7
  • Dues for members residing outside the United States shall be $25 (US) plus postage as determined by the Governing Board.

Fleet Newsletters
  • All Fleets shall publish a newsletter and send a copy of their newsletters to the Commodore.
